During the talk, some of her loyal customers wrote in saying they didn't realize how much work it takes to ferment and prepare certain key ingredients- I am sure we will all appreciate the effort that goes into vegan baked goods in future. I can't wait to try her Chia Pudding and soy cream cakes and pies once she reopens.
