Dark Souls Remastered: Age of Sunlight - Great Grey Wolf Sif

This was done in NG+ with the challenge stone that gives bosses new AI and attacks as well as the challenge stone that increases enemy HP and damage.

Sif has always been a great fight in Dark Souls 1, and this mod makes it a bit more unique. After getting Sif to about two-thirds HP, they begin to use some new attacks. One in which they body slam the sword on top of you, another where they shoot magic projectiles, and a final one in which they slam the sword into the ground, creating shockwaves. There might be more, I didn't catch any.
Something I did notice is that Sif didn't seem to fling backwards after every attack, making the fight a bit more hectic. That may be part of the mod, or I just got lucky.

Tacked on to the end of the video is a new mini-boss of sorts, in Sif's arena. You could fight it before or after, but it despawns whenever you're fighting Sif, and thank goodness for that. It's nothing too special, but it can easily wombo combo you with Tranquil Walk of Peace into those magic slashes. I absolutely adore things like this; a tucked away little happenstance.

Dark Souls Remastered is a very flawed remaster, but one thing it does right is fixing the frame rate issues. However, Sif's luscious coat seems to always lag the hell out of my game. If the camera passes through the tail I drop to like, 30 frames. Also, I've never seen Sif fall over and tumble like that at the end of the fight. Sorry, Sif!
