Описание: In opdracht van het Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer (AWV) start Colas Belgium met de renovatie van de N108 – Noorderlaan ter hoogte van Luithagen, één van de belangrijkste en drukst bereden toegangsaders van de Haven van Antwerp-Bruges.Aan dit project ging een grondige voorstudie vooraf. Onze teams werkten het ontwerp, de fasering, de signalisatie en de verkeersafwikkeling tot in detail uit, met als doel de werken veilig, efficiënt en met minimale hinder te laten verlopen op deze cruciale verkeersas.De werken starten met de voorbereiding en de nachtelijke plaatsing van de signalisatie. Door bewust ’s nachts te werken, wordt de impact op het intensieve havenverkeer maximaal beperkt. Daarbij wordt onder meer gebruikgemaakt van een elektrische vrachtwagen, wat de focus van Colas Belgium op innovatie en duurzaamheid onderstreept.In de volgende fases worden ook de andere rijrichtingen en het kruispunt Noorderlaan–Luithagen aangepakt. Zo draagt Colas Belgium, samen met AWV, bij aan een veiligere, performantere en toekomstgerichte infrastructuur voor de Haven van Antwerp-Bruges.

À la demande AWV et Colas Belgium entame la rénovation de la N108 – Noorderlaan à hauteur de Luithagen, l’un des axes d’accès les plus importants et les plus fréquentés du port d’Anvers-Bruges.
Ce projet a été précédé d’une étude préparatoire approfondie. Nos équipes ont élaboré en détail la conception, le phasage, la signalisation et la gestion du trafic, dans le but de réaliser les travaux de manière sûre, efficace et avec un impact minimal sur cet axe routier crucial.
Les travaux débutent par la préparation et l’installation nocturne de la signalisation. En travaillant délibérément de nuit, l’impact sur le trafic portuaire intensif est réduit au maximum. Une attention particulière est notamment portée à l’utilisation d’un camion électrique, ce qui souligne l’engagement de Colas Belgium en matière d’innovation et de durabilité.
Lors des phases suivantes, les autres sens de circulation ainsi que le carrefour Noorderlaan–Luithagen seront également rénovés. De cette manière, Colas Belgium, en collaboration avec l’AWV, contribue à une infrastructure plus sûre, plus performante et tournée vers l’avenir pour le port d’Anvers-Bruges.

On behalf of the Agency for Roads and Traffic (AWV), Colas Belgium is starting the renovation of the N108 – Noorderlaan at Luithagen, one of the most important and busiest access roads to the Port of Antwerp-Bruges.
This project was preceded by an extensive preliminary study. Our teams worked out the design, phasing, signage and traffic management in detail, with the aim of carrying out the works safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption on this crucial traffic axis.
The works start with the preparation and the nighttime installation of the signage. By deliberately working at night, the impact on the intensive port traffic is kept to a minimum. Among other things, an electric truck is being used, which underlines Colas Belgium’s focus on innovation and sustainability.
In the following phases, the other traffic directions and the Noorderlaan–Luithagen intersection will also be tackled. In this way, Colas Belgium, together with AWV, contributes to a safer, more efficient and future-oriented infrastructure for the Port of Antwerp-Bruges.
