Lauterbach TRACE32 new Mixed-Signal Probe (Embedded World 2021)

Описание: In this demo video, we present Lauterbach’s new TRACE32 Mixed-Signal Probe.

The Mixed-Signal Probe is a hybrid probe capable of measuring up to 12 digital and 8 analog channels in parallel. It’s a complementary analysis module to our TRACE32 debug and trace tools: PowerTrace III (included for free), CombiProbe 2 and the µTrace.


Technical Features:
Characteristics of the digital probes:
• 0...5V input
• 200 MSample per channel
Characteristics of the analog probes:
• 6 single-ended voltage channels, -12V…+12V, 13-bit resolution
• 2 current sense channels, up to 240 mV differential shunt resistor voltage
• Conversion rate 1 MSample/s
Applications:
• Energy profiling
• Protocol analysis
• Correlation of digital and analog signals with the program flow
