Whereas, Praline is a sweet treat made by combining nuts, usually almonds or hazelnuts, with sugar. The nuts are coated in caramelised sugar, resulting in a crunchy and flavourless confection. It can be used as a topping, filling or enjoyed on its own as a delicious snack.

0:14 - Almond praliné
0:20 - Add Water
0:44 - Add Almonds
1:10 - Chop caramelize Nuts
1:39 - Almond Praliné texture
1:59 - Hazelnut praliné
2:09 - Caramelize sugar
2:14 - Add Hazelnut
2:32 - Grind
2:40 - Hazelnut Praliné texture
Ingredients-
Almond Praline:
40gm Sugar
7ml Water
1/4tsp Vanilla Extract
45gm Almonds, Roasted
Hazelnut Praline:
40gm Sugar
7ml Water
45gm Hazelnuts, Roasted
1tsp Oil, flavourless (If it gets difficult to process it into paste)
