A hopefully easy to follow video on how to make a Meteor ( dragon hammer,sky hammer,meteor hammer)
Items needed-
Tennis balls x2
Steel plated zinc washers x4 for each side
Shibari rope ( any other non abrasive rope)
Electrical tape
Some tips
Rope length should be your arms width.
If the rope is shorter then your arms width, it will rotate faster and be easier to control. If the rope is longer then your arm width, the prop spins slower but more stall like moves become available.
Playing around with the length of the rope will open up new moves and ways of spinning.
