Pasasana means noose.Here is a full tutorial for Ashtanga Intermediate series first posture. This is one of pose which might look easy in the first go but it requires a lot of flexibility in ankles, calf, hips and shoulders.
Benefits:
1. One of the best posture to improve digestion.
2. Improves blood circulation
3. Tones up tummy.
4. Awakens nervous system.
5. Balances #Manipura and #swadhisthana chakra
To work on opening shoulders and hip you may follow below Asana sequence:
