Today, I'm gonna recap the series, Iwane: Sword of Serenity (2019) - The film follows three young men—Kinpei, Shinosookay, and Iwane—who train together at a samurai college. After a fierce duel, Iwane proves his skill and returns to his village, only to find tragic events unfolding. Shinosookay kills Kinpei's sister, and in a series of misunderstandings fueled by betrayal, Kinpei kills Shinosookay. Iwane, heartbroken, is forced to kill Kinpei to stop the bloodshed. He later becomes a bodyguard and tries to move on, but his past catches up with him when he discovers his love, Nao, has become an Oiran. The story concludes with Iwane finding a new path in life, with Ajin expressing her feelings for him.
