Welcome.
Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.
There is nothing you need to do.
Nowhere you need to go.
Allow your eyes to gently close…
or soften your gaze.
Take a slow breath in through the nose…
and gently exhale through the mouth.
Again…
breathing in…
and breathing out.
Let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
Easy.
Unforced.
Just as it is.
This is your time.
A space to rest.
A space to simply be.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Notice any sensations there…
and allow them to soften.
Let this sense of ease flow down
into your forehead…
your eyes…
your jaw.
If you notice tension,
there is no need to fix it.
Simply allow it to melt away.
Let your shoulders drop
away from your ears.
Feel them becoming heavy…
relaxed.
Your arms soften.
Your hands.
Your fingers.
Bring your awareness to your chest.
Notice the gentle rise
and fall of your breath.
With each exhale,
release anything you’ve been holding.
Any effort.
Any tension.
Allow your abdomen to soften.
Your hips.
Your thighs.
Your knees.
Let gravity support you.
All the way down through your legs…
to your feet…
resting fully.
Your whole body is supported.
Held.
Safe.
Now bring your attention to your breath.
Not changing it.
Just noticing.
Breath flowing in…
and flowing out.
Like a gentle river…
moving at its own pace.
Thoughts may arise.
That is natural.
When they do,
imagine placing them gently
on the surface of the river…
Watching them drift by…
without following.
There is nothing to analyze.
Nothing to solve.
Just returning…
again and again…
to the breath.
Each inhale invites calm.
Each exhale deepens stillness.
Imagine yourself in a peaceful natural place.
Perhaps a quiet forest…
or beside calm water.
The air feels soft and fresh.
Everything around you is still.
Here, there is no past.
No future.
Only this moment.
And in this moment,
nothing is required of you.
You are enough…
exactly as you are.
Begin to gently bring awareness
back to your body.
Noticing where you are.
Feeling the surface beneath you…
supporting you.
Take one slow, deep breath in…
and a gentle breath out.
Carry this calm with you.
You can return to this stillness
at any time…
with a single breath.
When you feel ready,
slowly open your eyes.
