5 cups water
1 ripe mango, diced
2-3 habanero peppers, seeds and stems removed
4 garlic cloves
1/4 small yellow onion
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp sugar or honey
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground allspice
salt to taste
