This game appeared in the famous commercial "Genesis Does what Nintendon't", like the first american Genesis Sports games from Sega, it has a celebrity name in the game. In this game we have the famous coach Pat Riley (he was the coach of the Los Angeles Lakers at the time of the game's release). The teams have not their real names, so no LA Lakers, Chicago Bulls or Boston Celtics. I have played this game on Hard Mode.
