Here is the recipe of Beetroot Puree..
Boil 2 Beetroot in water till soft.
Grind it with some water and make a paste
Now strain the paste with the help of muslin cloth or sieve
Again reduce the pure by cooking it for 10-12 mins.
You will get the puree.
You can also use it for icing the way I did, mixing the Beetroot Puree with melted White Chocolate. Thanks!
