According to the Qatari labour law, the employee is not at fault if the employer does not acknowledge his resignation. The worker is entitled as long as he has submitted a resignation that fulfils the criteria of the notice period mentioned in the employment contract.

According to article 58 of Qatar Labour law upon termination of a contract the employer shall at it's cost return the employee to the place of recruitment or place agreed upon by the ,2 parties with a period not exceeding 2 weeks from the expiry of contract
however under this situation the repatriation may not work

when a worker joins another Employer by sponsorship transfer before the departure from the country obligation shifts to the new employer

But if you resign before finishing the contract the employer may be exempted from paying the return ticket fare.

still to note gratuity pay is only given to those people that have finished their contract or otherwise if there is a mutual agreement
