Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya returns to the Madlanga commission of inquiry for a second day of his testimony this morning.
Sibiya's denied having any links to criminals or cartels and objects to claims that he pushed for the PKTT's disbandment to benefit criminals.
