This is System Shock Enhanced edition played using the Timbres Of Heaven soundfont made by Don Allen. The audio from the actual gameplay has been turned off and replaced with the midis from the GOG.com version extras (exception is the credits music). You can find more info and download links to the soundfont here: http://midkar.com/soundfonts/index.html (Timecodes for each music track is further down in this description)
From a text file that came with the midi pack it says that these versions of the midis were mixed together by Joey "Chicajo" D.

6:36 Ending music by Greg LoPiccolo (the midi file is actually longer than the length of the ending so a bit of the final boss gets shown, which usually is completley silent ingame)
