ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Mickey Osterreicher serves as general counsel to the National Press Photographers Association and is of counsel to Finnerty Osterreicher & Abudulla in Buffalo, N.Y. He is an award-winning photojournalist with more than 40 years of experience in print and broadcast. Osterreicher has been involved in such issues as the right to record in public, training police on the First Amendment rights of journalists, cameras in the courtroom, copyright law, and the use of drones for newsgathering.
