The Question Asked:
"My son was drug across am his sped classroom and it was caught on video. The para was fired and my son will not be returning to school until their can get his BIP in order. The district seems to be working to make things right (they are scared) but we are thinking we should get an attorney just in case to help us fight for things we may not know about. Thoughts??
(They did fight us not wanting to show the video and seem to have been caught in lies several times already)."
