The Pinery is one of the older neighborhoods in the quaint town of Parker Colorado. The Timbers offers a combination of homes from ranches to split levels. Lot sizes can vary from a quarter acre to an acre or more. Homes will normally average between 3500 square feet with an unfinished basement to 8000 ft with a finished basement. Pricing in the Timbers currently is between 1.1 million and 3 million. There is newer construction in the Timbers area with some of the homes being built by Toll Brothers. Some Lots were also purchased at the time there was subdivision. These homes were then custom built by some of our local home builders. The Timbers also offers many trails including the Cherry Creek Trail which is paved and runs through the majority of the neighborhood. There are also trails through the Hills that are not paved and are perfect for mountain biking, jogging and walks.
