EAT | How to Make Chocolate Bowls (Easy, Fancy Dessert!)

INGREDIENTS
• Dark/white chocolate candy melts
• Silicone cup-cake molds
• Strawberries
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 TBSP powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS
1. Melt chocolate in microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and continue microwaving for 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted.
2. Spoon chocolate into silicone cup-cake molds thickly so it’s more sturdy when you peel off mold. Use back of spoon to push chocolate into little crevices so it doesn’t break.
3. Put into fridge for 5-10 minutes until they’re set.
4. While cups are setting, mix whipping cream and vanilla in a mixer. Once it has some texture, add powdered sugar for sweetness and mix.
5. Add strawberries and whipped cream into bowl.
