This video will show "Best Chicken Coop Creation: The Permaculture Chickshaw 2.0."

In this video, we are going to show you how to build the Chickshaw 2.0 with me and my buddy Ethan. We don't have any fancy equipment, but we will guide you through the process. We bought all the materials, including the treated lumber, and cut them to length. The next step was to arrange the six-foot sections and two five-by-nine-foot sections end to end to form a perfect square. We secured them with screws and then repeated the process on the other side. Next, we added braces to hold the structure square.

We then added hardware cloth to the bottom and secured it with fence staples. After that, we added the purchase, which prevents animals from pushing the staples up and provides a roosting area. We slowly built up the structure from there, and after three days of working on it, we finally put the wheels on and got the kickstand up. The Chickshaw 2.0 can now roll under its own power.

We also showed you how to create nesting boxes using milk crates from Amazon. We cut out the handle area to create the perfect nesting box. We installed a latch bar to keep the chickens inside and protect them from the wind.
