This memory card does not support recordin of XAVC S movies. Wrong. You don't have to use AVC (AVCHD), you can use XAVC S HD! This depends on what SD or microSD card you use. As long as it's formatted ExFAT and is of class 10, it should work! Card used:

You can easily format your card in Windows or macOS (Mac OS X, Mac Computer) and if you install the right tools, you can do so on Linux as well. (https://unix.stackexchange.com/questi...)

Note: if you format the card inside the camera using the camera tools, at least in my model, it will format it as FAT32. But you need ExFAT, so use your computer.
