I was a fan of Chiptune long before it was called Chiptune, and my favourite artist of the day was Rob Hubbard. This particular tune popped up in the 1985 Commodore 64 game "Commando" when it was game over and you enter your high score.
I couldn't find a good resolve to include the middle voice "beat" so I've stuck with just the bassline and the melody. Drop D, capo at 5th fret and playing your right hand close to the fretboard gives a nice sound. Played it through twice...in the game it looped forever :-)
