I started building this mix at the start of Pisces Season which encourages us to rest, reflect, adapt, and shift as winter comes to an end and we prepare for spring which marks the astrological new year. With an upcoming Mercury Retrograde, start of eclipse season, and the massive rare Saturn conjunct Neptune transit at 0 degrees of Aries, which only happens only every 2000 years and marks a new beginning in creating structure for our dreams and bringing them into reality, we can be feeling overwhelmed, drained, and simultaneously restless. This is a great time to pour into our self care, meditate, slow down, triple check everything, and rest as much as we can as our bodies catch up to the life-changing shifts that our souls are being pushed into.
