Egg white bread is a wonderful addition to an animal based diet! It will satisfy all your toast cravings and keep you full since it's packed with protein.

I really recommend toasting the bread before eating it for the extra crunch!

This recipe is also low carb and keto friendly :-)

RECIPE

300 ml (10 oz)water
120 g (1 2/4 cups) egg white powder
20 g (2 tbsp) egg yolk powder
½ teaspoon salt
100 g (3/4 sticks) frozen grated butter
5 g allulose (optional)

Grease your baking form with butter/ghee/tallow (or use baking sheet)
Preheat oven to 160 C (or 320 F)
Whisk egg white powder, salt, allulose with water until it forms stiff peaks
Add the egg yolk powder and whisk on low setting (just a little bit)
Use a spatula and carefull add the frozen grated butter
Bake for 30-40 min
Let it cool before cutting!
