Описание: Painful urination with yellowish discharge is caused because of pus in the urethra or in the bladder. Yellowish discharge means there is pus. It might be because of urethritis. The reason for urethritis are different. First we have to take the pus for culture. Find out what are the reasons for it. Do an ultrasound and if anything else is associated with it treat these patients. First these patients are put on antibiotics to clear the infection out. By the time the pus culture comes in we have to find which antibiotics is suitable for that infection and start treating with this and the infection comes down. For symptomatic relief we can give some muscle relaxants or an alpha blocker which helps the urine to clear properly.
