Workers can hit by Piling machine, equipment and get injured due to fog.
Stop work in case of any inclement weather conditions ( fog etc.)
Restrict movement of heavy vehicles/equipments in fog

Uncertified piling Machine & Operator,
Collapse of tripod,

Piling equipment/machine failure.
Workers can injure by tripod.

Pile machine & its operator should be certified
Stand the tripod properly, tripod to be fixed on ground properly.
Keep away all unauthorized people during movement of heavy vehicle/equipments
Be careful of nearby live areas
Ensure Close HSE monitoring /supervision



Improper barricade
Entry of unauthorised person.
Fall of person in Pile.
Barricade the working area properly



Sling broken, load drop
Fatal/injury due to load drop.
Ensure proper & inspected accessories being used for drilling
Ensure that drilling bit is properly fixed with locking pins
