You’ll need:
🧀 180g / 6.3oz cottage cheese (excess water removed)
🍳 2 eggs
🌰 2 tablespoons almond flour
🧂 a pinch of salt
🫒 olive oil spray for baking paper
Remove excess water from the cottage cheese, then mix with eggs, salt and almond flour.
Place the mixture on baking paper sprayed with olive oil and shape into a bread form.
Bake at 180°C / 355°F for about 30 minutes until golden.
Slice and use it as proper keto sandwich bread. Fill with cheese, ham, salad, eggs, or any keto-friendly toppings you love.
