30 Minute Heavy Bag Boxing Workout | 10 Round Follow Along At Home
In this follow along heavy bag boxing workout we will complete 10 rounds lasting 2:30 minutes and rest for 30 seconds between rounds. First round we will start with just the jab and movement then we will add punches in every round in a ladder style. Round two we add the straight but we will still throw the jab first, either as one long combination or two seperate attacks and we will stick with this format for the duration of the workout. Round Three add the lead hook so a jab,straight ,lead hook after throwing the punches from the first two rounds then add another straight for round Four so 1-2-3-2. For Round five add another straight to the end of the combo so we have a five punch combo. Then at round 6 we will work our way back down starting with the longest combo this time and working back down to the jab. conplete this process until round 9 where we will just throw the straight. Final round use your creativity and imagination for a freestyle round!
