These double chocolate cookies are made with wholesome ingredients. Cookies that are crispy around the edges and have a molten pool of chocolate in the middle.
No maida
No refined sugar
Made with wholewheat flour and sweetened with jaggery.
Ingredients:
1 cup - Wholewheat flour
1/3 cup - Cocoa Powder
100g - Butter
2/3 cup - Jaggery
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
1/4 tsp - Salt
1/4 cup - Milk
100g - Chocolate chunks
