This deck looks to play a sunscape familiar for blue cost reduction and then chain off by using draw spells like cryogen relic and mulldrifter combined with ghostly flicker to get even more value! At some point with 2 familiar in play flicker now cost just 1 mana, letting you use it with Archaeomancer and Island for infinite life triggers or bird triggers!
