The main goal of the Hamad International Airport (HIA) is to provide a fast, efficient, hassle-free path for passengers that virtually eliminates queues. This will also help to increase the airport’s capacity in preparation for the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup, expected to push passenger numbers as high as 50M for the year.
