Fu:

"He is the demon and main antagonist of the series known as the promotional anime Super Dragon Ball Heroes. He had desires to make a separate universe for demons where he could rule things in his own way and he actually did that by using the power of the most powerful warrior beings from the universes and even using the ultimate godslayer known as Hearts. He soon got the power to create another universe where later he had combined his strength with that of the obliterating bird known as Dogi Dogi who had even scared the gods of destruction. After combining the power of the universe with himself he had a one on one battle with Goku where Goku needed to combine the power of the universe with his Super Saiyan Blue Form to beat Fu. So, from here you can imagine the power of the most powerful demon Fu."


Cumber:-

"He is an Evil Saiyan who was imprisoned by Fu on the prison planet for a very long time and ever since he freed up from the planet he was searching the strongest warriors to show 'em his wrath. He has an extensive ability to make anyone who is pure hearted an Evil being with the help of his aura. He generally uses Super Saiyan 3 Form but now this Saiyan has Super Saiyan 3 at a max power state in which he was able to maintain his balance against the weaker version of Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker Xeno Broly but this warrior can achieve Super Saiyan 4 as well due to his magnificent control over the Golden Great Ape Form"
