one of the beautiful temple in pune so must visit.
An extravagant temple, constructed with very immense yet detailed architecture, by the BAPS Sri Swaminarayan Sanstha . It is a pleasant addition to Pune. Situated on the Bangalore-Mumbai side of the highway,This temple aims to replicate the looks of the Delhi Akshardam temple.

The temple features 2 storeys, of which the ground floor hosts the dasavatars of Lord Vishnu alongwith devoted swami’s. The first floor hosts Sri Laksminarayan swami, Sri Nityananda swami, Sri Ghanshyam maharaj, Sri Balaji.

Each idol is well maintained and has very beautiful sculpting. Every idol is hosted in a beautifully teakwood carved mandap. The temple interiors are also full of sculptures depicting the various lords including the ceilings as well as pillars.

After dawn the temple appears to be more colorful with the lighting arrangements made by the sanstha. There also canteens available for food. Parking space is more than ample. There's a sheltered refreshments stall serving snacks and beverages.

A very peaceful, calm and recreational place for a relaxing visit with family and friends.Prefer to reach half an hour before sunset.
Temple is open from 05:00 am to 12:00 noon and 04:00 pm to 08:00 pm
