He has written over 100 articles and 22 books on various aspects of management and leadership. His latest book is called Leadership--Are you providing the right amount? Which helps leaders determine the right balance for leading their teams. I’ve always said that leadership is a balance, and oftentimes, too much of a good thing can become a bad thing.
