Описание: Elidia is a family business dedicated to presenting the world market with some of the finest extra virgin olive oils from the renowned Cretan olive oil tradition. With decades of experience in the field we implement a vertical model of production monitoring every stage of the process from the olive tree orchard to the bottling facility. Our passion for olive oil and a deep appreciation for the blessing to have been born and raised as part of the wondrous and still unpolluted Cretan nature , charge us with the most welcome duty to introduce to the rest of the world the miracle of Cretan olive oil in its purest form.

This video is a depiction of our typical 12-hour workday during the harvesting period! The entire production process from the harvesting of the olive fruits until the final filtration and storage of our olive oil is completed within a 12-hour time window. A very delicate process that requires deep knowledge and strong devotion to the detail. Time here is of essence since, in order to achieve the highest quality we, producers, are required to minimize the time interval between taking the fruit from the Mother-tree and milling it to produce our extra virgin olive oil. Practically every day is a race. A race full of anxiety, hard work and agony. It is the price we are called to pay in order to receive in our hands a miracle of Mother Nature.
