Our ministry has been built by each person who wanted to make a difference on our ships, whether for a short or long period of time. It takes many individuals of different skills and abilities, working together, to keep OM Ships functioning.
Whether captain or cook, administrators or book fair staff, all of our crew and staff are dedicated volunteers. We always need new personnel to serve in both short-term and longer-term opportunities.
From our short-term, Global Challenge programmes and our one or two year Global Action programme to specialised Project Workers, qualified Crewmembers and long term staff, we have a lot of ways you can join us.
