There are two main reasons as to why I think the 'running away' strat sucks:
1. You kill them faster this way. Not only does this reduce your room for error by way of the fight being shorter, but killing them as fast as possible skips worm phases. And worm phases are extremely dangerous considering how unpredictable the worm is and how much damage it deals.
2. Every time a Balancer is killed, a shockwave is sent out that stuns other balancers nearby, with a cooldown. This is how we were able to do this without dying.
