This is of the RV remodel of our class C motorhome. We removed our RV dinette and sofa replacing them with dual recliners and this custom all-in-one piece of furniture.

Here are some things I didn't mention in the video that you may want to know.

(1) I used a quality finish blade my your circular saw and table saw (lots of teeth) to get a clean cut. This made it possible to create a seamless look when gluing pieces back together. Sanding the surface to correct imperfections was not an option since it's a laminated counter.
(2) It took a lot of practice to successfully create the mortises for the invisible hinges. You can purchase a jig, but I chose to make one. Those hinges also come in various sizes.
(3) The IKEA counter top is 1 1/2 inches thick.
(4) The counter was about two inches higher than the bottom of the window. So I cut out a section from the back of the counter for the blinds and window. This allowed me to take each side all the way to the wall which I think looks much better.
(5) I didn't spend much time talking about the TV lift because there isn't much to it. It's essentially a TV mount with an electric motor. Secure it on the bottom and top, plug it in, then mount and adjust the TV to the mount. That's really it.
(6) I don't have detailed plans available for download at this time but I will keep you posted if/when I make them available.
(7) Finally, I used "L" brackets on the back to secure the cabinet to the RV (two on the floor, two under the counter to the back wall).
