As a person who went through and still going through a long journey of re-integrating my darker side into the holistic sense I often use music as a way of expressing my repressed emotions, bring them to the surface and than cast some light on whatever is happening within me. Thus is observe how the darker and more heavy energies transform into the Light - sense of Meaning and Purpose.
