Here in the Philippines, one of the well known highways is the Kennon Road, with its zig zag uphill route. But during rainy days, this is one of the most dangerous roads because it's always been vulnerable to landslides and falling rocks.
This was filmed during the start of the typhoon season in the Philippines.
