In todays episode i discover a local tree surgeons dumped a tonne of bark, so i go on a scavenge! Using my new garden truck to collect it. It was perfect! I will use the bark to top up the garden paths and inside the polytunnel. Plans to improve the second growing space where i add a nature pond, flowers including foxgloves, daffodils and tulips. A log cabin style potting shed / mancave. Back at the grapevine plot i find all those forgotten jobs. We all do it! put them off for another day, week, month! I harvest king of the north peppers, plant some emerald kale plant and show you how to protect your brassicas in autumn and winter. Mesh cloches work perfectly! The Radar and senshyu autumn Onions are planted.. The Caraflex F1 winter cabbages are planted and also some spring cabbages. The purple sprouting broccoli was planted undercover in my First Tunnels Mini Polytunnel. Also some Oakleaf lettuce for an autumn harvest. All those jobs we all put off . Get them done!
