Описание: Is there ever a time when a woman isn't able to get to a specific body fat percentage? Yes, especially if they are shooting for something very low (under 14%). It doesn't mean that a woman can't get to a specific body fat percentage but you are going to have to sacrifice significantly.

A good example of this would be my professional MMA fighter, Pauline "Pita" Macias. Pita is ripped and shredded. Can I get females to 10% body fat? Yes. Is that a good idea? No, unless you are a professional athlete getting paid for it, then maybe the trade-off is worth it.
