In this video, I'm making a fresh Yarrow tincture with Yarrow from my garden. I went for a 1:4 ratio, with 80% ABV. 🌼

I used the best quality alcohol so it doesn't burn like that nasty Everclear stuff. @Organic Alcohol Company has the best of the best, if ya wanna know. Trust me, you won't regret the investment with them when you taste the difference in your medicine later! ✨

The thing is, these ratios and measurements are going to vary with each herb, depending on several variables like whether it’s fresh or dry, what medicinal properties you’re trying to draw out, who you’re making it for, and so much more.
