250 ml milk
7g dried yeast
2 tbsp sugar
300g all purpose flour
1 egg
oil for deep fry
powdered sugar
Put the oliebollen on the table and it is always a bit of a fair. The recipe is simple, the preparation is fast and the result is an instant hit with young and old. For those on a diet, these bulbs may not be a good idea ... but a little sin should be possible.
Oliebollen is a spherical fried yeast dough dish, traditionally eaten on New Year's evening. They are also held all year round at fairs in the Netherlands and Belgium
