I = 1
V = 5
X = 10
L = 50
C = 100
D = 500
M = 1 000
======Key Rules======
1. An independent letter cannot be repeated more than 4 times.
e.g. 4 cannot be written as IIII, and so on
2. A letter of the following: V, L, D cannot also be repeated more than 2 times.
e.g. 10 cannot be written as VV, an so on
3. The following numbers: 4, 40, 400 should be written as IV, XL and CD to support Rule 1 above.
3a. To do a subtraction rule like the Rule 3 above, the letters of the following: V, L, D should check its other letter quantity that is divided by 5 to V, L, or D's quantity. (NOT FOR THE LETTER OF THE FOLLOWING: I, X, C, M SINCE THEY ARE NOT THE QUANTITY THAT HAS "5")
e.g. IL, VL, ID, VD, LD, XD, VX, IM, and so on.

Horizontal Bar = Multiply 1 000 to the letter below.

1. Horizontal Bars doesn't accept letters with I (1).
e.g. 1 000 cannot be written as I̅
