December 2023 - This was my final hike of 2023 and it was a BIG one! We hiked from Augusta to Battle Creek. Rained on us all day long. Started off in a nice section of woods north of Fort Custer Cemetery, did lots of walking on roads and sidewalks after that, then ended our day in the woods in Ott Preserve and Kimball Pines on our way to Historic Bridge Park. And we can't forget our favorite stop - the McDonald's that is right on the trail between Ott and Kimball Pines. Ended up with a little over 20 MILES for the day!
