Bucatini pasta with capers olives and shredded cabbage

I was craving a specific dish made with endives but I couldn't find it in Manchester so i came up with this idea and it was so good!
INGREDIENTS (serves 2 normal people or one greedy human like me)
Sauce:
5 to 6 leaves of Savoy cabbage
6 black olives- try to go for good quality here, Kalamata olives from M&S are a good option
1Tbsp of capers
3 Anchovies fillets- no worries you won't taste it but it gives you a great umami
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp of raisins
1 to 2 Tbsp of EVO (extra virgin olive oil)
Pasta:
150 to 200 grams of Bucatini Pasta (when you put it in the pot of salted boiling water turn it as quickly as possible to be submerged in water)
Water
a big generous pinch of salt, like a tablespoon plus a pinch
Garnish
1 Tbsp of pan fried breadcrumbs
1 tbsp of chopped parsley
Grated pecorino cheese or parmigiano.
Note anchovies, capers and olives are pretty salty so I ended up not adding any salt, so try the sauce before adding any salt to taste.
