Do you know this exercise when leaders are asked to not lead and followers can dance around, explore the movement and create new variations? If you are inspired by watching Jo Hoffberg dancing lindy hop, now you know one of the tools she uses to challenge herself. As on this video she is having fun doing exactly that :)
