PolyU Student Sharing: Study Experience in BA Programme & Offer from University of Oxford

Описание: Amy Xu, graduate of 2016 from BA (Hons) in English Studies for the Professions programme, shared her study experience. In the video, she talked about her interest in English language, her exchange experience at the University of California, Berkeley, and overseas internship programme at Tsinghua University. Amy also received an offer from the University of Oxford to further her study in linguistics in MA level.

The BA (Hons) in English Studies for the Professions #BAESP programme is a 4-Year English Major Degree programme offered by the Department of English, #PolyU. It is recognised and endorsed by the Education Bureau (EDB) of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR. The programme promotes the all-round development of students’ potentials to the fullest extent for the English language profession. Fresh graduates of this programme find employment in media and journalism, retail, human resources, public relations, marketing and advertising, publishing, education, and the civil service, where a high level of competence in English and professional communication is needed.
