Join us for a scenic motorcycle ride from Grand Targhee Resort which is on the backside of the Teton Mountain Range to Riverton Wyoming.
This leg of our journey will take us over Teton Pass and down into the town of Jackson Wyoming.
From there we will ride into the Grand Teton National Park and down Teton Park road and turn onto the famous Jenny Lake road which has some of the best views of the Tetons.
After taking the Jenny lake loop road we hook back up to the Teton park road until it connects to Hwy 191. We will ride past Oxbow Bend and the snake river before exiting the park at Moran Junction.
We head east on WYO HWY 26/287 taking us over Togwotee Pass and we even cross the continental divide.
Just 8 miles past the small town of Dubois Wyoming is the National Museum of Military Vehicles. Our short visit did not do it justice, if you are interested in military history this is a must see. We were only there for a couple of hours but we could have spent a couple of days to properly look at the museum. And a bonus is that they have a small cafe on the grounds to have a little lunch before getting back on the road.
We continue to head East on Highway 26 to Riverton Wyoming where we spend the night.
The next and final episode of this 3 part road trip is from Riverton Wyoming to Red Lodge Mt. We will be riding through the Wind River Canyon and through Cody before arriving back in Red Lodge Mt.
